| 核心内容提要 |
本文探讨经内镜逆行胰胆管造影(endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography, ERCP)下缩短共同通道(common channel, CC)在胰胆管合流异常(pancreaticobiliary maljunction, PBM)中的应用及其机制研究. 通过缩短CC通道, 减少胰胆反流, 矫正“合流异常”转化为“分流入肠”, 改善CC通道的引流作用, 并同时取出胆胰管结石等, 最大限度减少局部解剖结构损伤, 从而达到内镜下微创干预治疗的目的. 评估分析PBM内镜下微创治疗的优劣势及安全性, 为内镜下微创治疗PBM奠定理论基础, 提出新策略和新思路. |
