核心内容提要 本研究揭示长链非编码RNA生长停滞特异性转录本5反义RNA(growth arrest specific transcript 5 antisense RNA, GAS5-AS1)通过靶向miR-106a-5p来抑制结直肠癌(colorectal cancer, CRC)细胞增殖、迁移和侵袭, 表明GAS5-AS1可能是CRC治疗的潜在分子靶点.
