铁下垂是一种新型的非凋亡细胞死亡模式, 由有毒脂质过氧化物以铁依赖的方式积聚引起. 初步研究显示铁下垂与胃肠肿瘤的发生、进展和抗癌治疗具有密切相关性, 本文综述胃肠肿瘤中铁下垂的发病机制、铁下垂与胃肠肿瘤防治研究现状和进展. |
