| 核心内容提要 |
急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血(acute nonvariceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding, ANVUGIB)的临床治疗以控制出血为主要原则, 而对于轻度患者药物治疗为首选方案, 但可能存在止血效果不佳需增加止血方式的情况, 会影响病情恢复, 还可能增加病危风险. 本研究尝试采用血凝酶联合康复新液, 以期提高ANVUGIB的治疗效果. |
