本文报告胰肠吻合术后复发性急性胰腺炎的病例, 其多次发作急性胰腺炎经药物治疗症状缓解仍有复发, 且复发频率增高, 最后经内窥镜逆行胰胆管造影诊治为术后支架未脱落并堵塞引起, 我们建议对于存在支架失能的患者尽早行内镜干预. |
