核心内容提要 促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素受体2(corticotropin-releasing hormone receptor 2, CRHR2)作为促肾上腺皮质激素的特异性受体之一, 在中枢和肠道均有广泛分布, 参与机体多系统和内环境稳态的调节. 本文就从CRHR2的生理功能及其与炎症性肠病的内在联系进行综述.
