近年来随着高通量蛋白质组学技术的不断发展, 其在寻找肿瘤生物标志物方面的应用逐渐增多. 本文汇总阐述了近些年基于蛋白质组学技术发现的潜在消化系统肿瘤生物标志物, 为肿瘤早诊早治、预后判断等提供新思路.
