现有的近端胃切除手术方式各有利弊, 尚缺乏高级别的循证医学证据参考. 笔者分析了5种最常见的近端胃手术方式, 认为当前国内适宜推广的消化道重建方式应当具备安全、简便、标准化操作性强的优点. 根据作者团队的手术经验, 管胃是目前众多消化道重建方式中最易掌握和实现腹腔镜辅助标准化操作的一种. |
