转运小RNA(tRNA-derived small RNA, tsRNA)在消化系统肿瘤中的异常表达不仅可以作为肿瘤早期诊断的生物标志物, 在肿瘤细胞增殖、侵袭和转移中也发挥了重要调节作用. 通过总结tsRNA在胃癌、肝癌和结直肠癌中的应用及研究进展, 为临床上消化系统肿瘤的诊治提供新方向. |
