核心内容提要

口腔及肠道微生物群落在多种神经疾病患者中发生了变化,而调控这些微生物可以减轻小鼠模型中的神经疾病症状. 本文拓展了口-肠-脑轴在神经疾病中的认识, 加强了保护黏膜及血脑屏障、改善局部菌群及其代谢产物进而调节脑神经功能重要性的理解.
