慢性乙型病毒性肝炎合并脂肪肝患者在接受抗病毒治疗后其血清病毒核酸清除率较低, 治疗难度大, 病情反复发作. 本研究尝试在进行药物治疗的同时给予病人全面、长期、针对性强的护理干预和心理辅导, 以提高治疗依从性. |
