出现手足综合征(hand-foot syndrome, HFS)/手足皮肤反应(hand-foot skin reactions, HFSR)往往有更大的临床获益, 通过风险预测及有效干预使其发生率降低、症状缓解有望提高抗肿瘤疗效. 本文旨在对HFS/HFSR的基本特征、风险预测、干预措施及疗效获益作一综述. |
