局部再生是选择“观察等待”(watch and wait, W&W)策略的直肠癌患者所面临的困扰. 局部再生后远处转移风险增加, 严重影响预后. 本文旨在探讨局部再生的可能机制, 以期筛选适宜人群并早期发现局部再生, 从而精确管理 W&W策略患者.
