| 核心内容提要 |
本课题研究结果建议在对成人骶尾部成熟型囊性畸胎瘤行手术治疗时, 手术路径应因人而异, 根据患者既往腹部手术史及畸胎瘤的大小、位置和局部浸润情况来决定. 若有可能, 应尽量一并切除骶尾骨. 围手术期应关注患者的胃肠功能管理, 促进消化系统功能的恢复. |
