核心内容提要 长链非编码RNA(lncRNA) HOTAIR、微小RNA(miRNA)-302b-3p在结肠癌患者血清中表达与健康志愿者存在明显差异; 同时患者血清LncRNA HOTAIR、miR-302b-3p与循环肿瘤细胞阳性及预后具有显著相关性, 推测LncRNA HOTAIR、miR-302b-3p可作为结肠癌患者预后预测生物标志物.
