| 核心内容提要 |
结直肠癌是全球范围内发病率和死亡率均居高位的常见消化系统恶性肿瘤. 近年来, 尽管其诊断与治疗技术取得了一定进展, 但现有手段仍存在诸多局限, 难以实现早期精准诊断及个性化治疗. 随着分子生物学研究的不断深入, 非编码RNA(non-coding RNA, ncRNA)在结直肠癌的发生、发展及预后评估中的重要作用日益凸显. 本文综述了结直肠癌与不同类型ncRNA表达的相关研究, 并筛选出部分具有潜力作为新的肠道肿瘤诊断标志物的ncRNA, 有望为结直肠癌的早期诊断及预防提供新的思路和依据. |
