代谢性骨病(metabolic bone disease, MBD)是慢性胰腺炎(chronic pancreatitis, CP)的全身并发症之一, 由于其高患病率和高骨折风险, 目前越来越多学者聚焦于CP相关MBD的研究, 本文就此研究进展作一综述, 重点介绍患病率、相关风险因素和防治管理, 为临床工作者提供一定参考. |
