| 核心内容提要 |
上消化道出血(upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage, UGH)急救中常因流程缺陷导致出血发现延迟、并发症增多等问题, 严重影响救治效果. 本研究以失效模式与效应分析模式为理论框架, 对UGH患者实施多学科协作急救干预. 通过量化评分识别急救流程中的潜在失效点, 整合消化内科、内镜科、营养科等多学科资源, 制定针对性优化策略. 以止血有效率、出血发现时间、并发症发生率、生命体征及护理满意度为评估指标, 探讨该模式对UGH患者急救结局的改善效果. |
