研究表明在肿瘤的发生发展的各个阶段, 肿瘤细胞表面常常高表达某些特异性分子, 其中一些特异性分子已被证明可以作为标志物用于肿瘤的早期诊断. 因此将医学影像技术与探测肿瘤细胞表面的特异性分子标志物相结合, 推动了高度特异的成像技术-肿瘤分子影像. 葡萄糖转运蛋白1是细胞恶变的早期标志, 可以为肿瘤分期、肿瘤侵袭性和组织学分化提供重要依据, 以建立结直肠癌患者的早期诊断和个体化治疗. 在分子影像学研究中, 以葡萄糖转运蛋白为分子成像靶点, 合成荧光、磁共振成像、正电子发射扫描等传统影像技术靶向分子探针, 实现靶向分子成像, 探索到疾病在解剖病理过渡到分子水平的变化, 在疾病早期做出准确诊断, 将极大的提高结直肠癌的诊断和治疗水平. 本文将对葡萄糖转运蛋白在结直肠癌中的表达及其靶向分子影像价值及潜力进行了综述. |
