肝癌筛查与早期诊断能够显著改善患者的预后并提高其生存率, 血清学标志物在肝癌的诊疗过程中具有重要的临床应用价值. 深入研究现有标志物, 并积极挖掘新型标志物, 对于优化肝癌的诊疗策略具有极为重要的临床意义. 本综述涉及的肝癌队列需符合《原发性肝癌诊疗指南(2024年版)》诊断标准, 且排除合并其他恶性肿瘤或非肝病相关并发症的病例. |
