核心内容提要	颅脑损伤后发生应激性溃疡是由于神经体液调节与内分泌失衡多种因素综合作用. 胃黏膜屏障破坏是颅脑损伤后应激性溃疡病变形成的基础, 胃酸分泌增多和胃蛋白酶的侵袭作用促进病变发展. 颅脑损伤后应激性溃疡的预防, 应在积极治疗原发颅脑损伤的基础上合理使用质子泵抑制剂、组胺受体拮抗剂和胃黏膜保护剂, 减少胃黏膜病变的发生.
