核心内容提要	临床上对于慢乙肝低病毒血症(low-level viremia, LLV)患者继续行一线核苷(酸)类似物(nucleos(t)ide analogues, NAs)治疗远期临床结局情况的研究相对缺乏, 但真实世界存在大量慢乙肝LLV患者长期使用NAs治疗的情况, 对于此类患者远期临床结局的研究尤为必要. 顾本文行系统评价和Meta分析评估慢乙肝经LLV患者继续原NAs治疗和更换不同NAs治疗方案远期临床结局情况.
