核心内容提要	胰腺移植是治疗胰岛素依赖型糖尿病的最为有效的疗法, 但受糖尿病类型、性别匹配、身体质量指数、热缺血时间、灌洗液类型及手术顺序等因素影响, 且面临急性免疫排斥、血管栓塞等并发症挑战, 限制胰腺移植患者及移植物存活率. 合理干预这些因素可显著改善胰腺移植预后.
