核心内容提要	随着肿瘤生物学研究的不断进展, 遗传学和表观遗传学改变引起癌基因活化和抑癌基因失活是肿瘤发生的核心生物学进程. 蛋白质去乙酰化修饰是表观遗传学改变中的重要方式, 可通过多种途径参与肿瘤的形成. 本文通过阐述组蛋白去乙酰化酶6在消化系统恶性肿瘤中的作用及其机制, 旨在为消化系统恶性肿瘤的防治提供新的靶点.
