核心内容提要	中成药因其疗效确切和应用性好而在临床得到广泛使用. 然而, 因中成药成分复杂, 质量难以控制, 临床应用存在诸多不规范的情况, 已有较多因使用中成药引起急慢性肝损伤的报道, 但急慢性肝损伤形成的病因复杂, 使用不规范仅仅是其主要原因之一, 尚存在药物性质、患者体质等因素, 本文拟从药物偏性、患者体质和临床用药规范等方面分析中成药导致急慢性肝损伤的原因和相应的防范措施.
