胃肠道运动受肠神经系统的调节, 胃肠道炎症也影响胃肠道运动功能, 导致运动功能障碍.肠神经胶质细胞(enteric glial cells, EGCs)具有保护胃肠道肠神经元的作用, 并参与胃肠道炎症反应, 直接或间接调节胃肠道运动功能.EGCs的异常是导致胃肠道运动功能障碍的重要因素之一, 阐明EGCs在胃肠道运动功能中的作用为临床的治疗提供理论依据. |
