核心内容提要	本实验首次证实了ATP结合转运蛋白G家族成员2(ATP-binding transporter G family member 2, ABCG2)是miR-144-3p的靶基因, 且发现miR-144-3p能够抑制人胃癌(gastric cancer, GC)HGC-27细胞侵袭和迁移能力, 其作用机制与miR-144-3p通过靶向负调控ABCG2的表达, 介导基质金属蛋白酶2和基质金属蛋白酶9蛋白活性有关. 本研究以期为GC临床治疗及预后提供新的作用靶点.
