核心内容提要 瑞芬太尼体外处理胃癌(gastric cancer, GC)细胞, 可抑制GC细胞增殖并诱导细胞凋亡, 并诱导GC细胞中miR-519d-3p表达上调. 功能验证发现, STAT3是miR-519d-3p的靶基因, 而抑制miR-519d-3p表达或过表达STAT3均能逆转瑞芬太尼对GC细胞增殖和凋亡的作用.
