核心内容提要	FHL2作为重要的细胞增殖、凋亡、分化调节蛋白，与恶性肿瘤的关系逐渐受到关注，其在宫颈癌、舌鳞状细胞癌、白血病、胶质母细胞瘤等恶性肿瘤中均有相关研究，在消化系统中结直肠癌、胃癌、肝癌等恶性肿瘤中有相关文献，但在食管癌方面是个空白。在中国食管癌发病率较高，进一步深入研究FHL2在食管鳞状细胞癌中的表达及相关信号通路将有助于阐明FHL2在食管鳞状细胞癌中发生发展的分子机制，并为食管鳞状细胞癌的临床诊疗提供新的理论依据及潜在分子治疗靶点。
