本研究通过对比模型组和对照组实验动物肠系膜淋巴结树突状细胞(mesenteric lymph node dendritic cells, MLNDC)的活性差异、蛋白质二硫键异构酶A3 (protein disulfide isomerase A3, PDIA3)和磷酸化-信号转导与转录激活因子3 (signal transduction and activator of transcription 3, STAT3)的表达差异, 提示内脏高敏感的发生或许和PDIA3对STAT3通路的抑制所引起的MLNDC的异常免疫活化有关. |
