核心内容提要	酒精性肝病(alcoholic liver disease, ALD)包括酒精性脂肪肝、酒精性肝炎、酒精性纤维化、酒精性肝硬化或并发肝癌一组疾病. 在世界范围内ALD是最常见肝脏疾病之一. 肠屏障功能障碍是促进ALD发病机制的关键因素 . 酒精消耗会破坏肠道屏障, 增加肠道通透性, 并诱导细菌易位发生. 此外, 酒精消耗也导致肠道生态失调. 直至目前为止除戒酒外, ALD尚无有效的食品和药物治疗. 抗生素、益生元、益生菌和粪便微生物移植可恢复肠道屏障功能. 营养素治疗, 包括从膳食中补充锌、烟酸或饱和脂肪酸, 已被证明可调节紧密连接蛋白表达, 减轻肠道炎症, 并预防内毒素血症以及实验环境中由酒精引起的肝损伤. 总之, 临床和实验研究强调肠屏障在治疗ALD 中的重要性和功效, 有待进一步研究与开发.
