核心内容提要	近年来, 胆胰肠结合部医源性损伤的发生率逐渐上升. 该部位损伤如果不能及时发现并妥善处理, 往往引起严重后果, 病死率较高. 因此, 首先要以预防为主. 其次, 若损伤发生, 应尽量做到早发现, 早诊断, 早处理. 对于延迟发现的损伤, 要制定合理有效的个体化治疗方案, 减少并发症, 降低病死率.
