核心内容提要	Krüppel样因子5(krüppel-like factor 5, KLF5)在肠化生组织中高表达, 沉默KLF5表达后肠化生相关蛋白表达水平受到抑制, Wnt/β-Catenin通路相关基因Wnt3a、β-catenin、CDX2也受到抑制, 进而抑制细胞增殖和促进细胞凋亡, 沉默KLF5表达可能是通过Wnt/β-Catenin通路来抑制肠化生的发生.
