核心内容提要 近年来, miR-484在调控肿瘤缺氧微环境(肺癌、乳腺癌、结直肠癌、胃癌、肝癌、胰腺癌等)中发挥重要作用, 但目前对miR-484是否参与NAFLD损伤作用机制国内外均尚无相关研究报道. 本研究通过建立小鼠和细胞高脂模型发现: miR‐484通过下调SIRT1表达, 诱导细胞凋亡加重非酒精性脂肪肝损伤. 降低miR-484表达或者上调SIRT1表达能够通过抑制细胞凋亡减轻非酒精性脂肪肝损伤, 为预防或治疗NAFLD损伤提供新的靶点.
