核心内容提要 传统肝动脉栓塞化疗在肝癌的治疗中肿瘤细胞会有残留, 患者预后改善不理想. 载药脂微球可辅助进一步杀伤残留的癌细胞, 并对免疫反应中的程序性死亡配体1(programmed death ligand, PD-L1)和程序性死亡分子1(programmed death 1, PD-1)起到重要调节作用.
