核心内容提要	本文通过综述腹泻与乳糖酶活性变化的关系, 以及中药疗效发挥与乳糖酶活性表达的关系. 发现不同因素诱导的腹泻存在不同程度的肠道黏膜损伤与肠道菌群紊乱, 与乳糖酶活性的差异表达有关, 而中医中药治疗能恢复或提高肠道乳糖酶的表达, 这或许与中药与肠道黏膜、肠道菌群相互作用相关; 此外发现对细菌乳糖酶基因的研究值得进一步深入.
