核心内容提要	门静脉海绵样变性(cavernous transformation of portal vein, CTPV)是一种罕见疾病, 主要病理改变为门静脉系统血流受阻后肝门区代偿性形成大量海绵样侧支血管丛. 约一半的CTPV患者病因不明确, 最常见的可知病因是各种原因导致的门静脉血栓形成. CTPV的临床表现以门静脉高压相关症候群为主, 结合病史及影像学表现可明确诊断, 但误诊较常见. 治疗上, 需在充分了解患者病情及掌握各种治疗方式最佳适应症的基础上, 采用个体化综合治疗策略.
