核心内容提要	胰腺癌发病隐匿, 死亡率高, 早期难以诊断. 胰腺癌诊断相关的标志物, 包括癌胚抗原、糖类抗原199、癌抗原724和某些microRNAs等, 其特异性和敏感性相对较低, 限制了在胰腺癌诊断和预后判断中的临床应用. 近年越来越多的研究发现, 长链非编码RNA (long non-coding RNA, LncRNA)是胰腺癌发病机制中的一个关键因素, 可能在胰腺癌的发生发展中发挥着重要的作用. 本文就LncRNA在胰腺癌中的作用作一综述.
