核心内容提要	肝硬化轻微肝性脑病(minimal hepatic encephalopathy, MHE)发生率高, 影响患者的生活和工作质量及预后. 由于无明显的临床表现和缺乏特异性诊断标志物, MHE常常被漏诊或误诊. 血氧水平依赖fMRI可以显示大脑不同功能区的血氧变化, 评估脑功能及认知功能, 为临床肝硬化MHE的早期诊断和治疗效果评价提供了重要的影像学标志物.
