核心内容提要	炎症性肠病(inflammatory bowel disease，IBD)是一种慢性肠道炎症性疾病, 病情反复,需终身治疗. 目前针对不同的分子通路, 已经开发出多种治疗IBD的新型生物制剂. 我们需要把患者疾病特点与药物特征相结合, 充分权衡风险与获益, 为IBD患者制定个体化的治疗方案.
