成功构建并筛选出乙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis B virus, HBV)1.3倍基因组HepG2稳转细胞模型优势单克隆株HepGA14,其能稳定、高效地表达共价闭合环状DNA分子(covalently closed circularDNA, cccDNA)、乙型肝炎病毒X蛋白(hepatitis B virus X protein, HBx)、HBVDNA、HBsAg、HBeAg等生物标志物,有望在研制乙肝“治愈”药物及探索HBV相关疾病发病机制等领域发挥积极作用. |
