核心内容提要	肌肉减少症与终末期肝病患者的预后密切相关, 但目前还缺乏统一的检测方法和诊断标准. 第三腰椎腰大肌指数(the third lumbar level psoas muscle index, L3-PMI)测量简便客观, 在慢加急性肝衰竭(acute-on-chronic liver failure, ACLF)患者中观察到有很好的指示作用, 临床应用前景广阔.
