核心内容提要 在非酒精性脂肪性肝病(nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, NAFLD)中, 肝窦内皮细胞(liver sinusoidal endothelial cells, LSECs)最早最显著的形态学改变为毛细血管化. 而与血管生成、炎症、纤维化相关的分子事件也出现于早期脂肪变性阶段. LSECs的结构功能改变又能导致NAFLD的进展与恶化.
