丹酚酸B通过抑制焦亡效应分子消皮素(gasdermin D, GSDMD)蛋白、焦亡启动分子NLRP3蛋白及焦亡相关的半胱氨酸蛋白酶-1(Caspase-1)蛋白的表达, 进一步减轻促炎因子IL-1β和TNF-α的释放, 进而减轻细胞内炎症反应, 缓解非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(nonalcoholic steatohepatitis, NASH)发展. |
