核心内容提要 干扰素基因刺激因子(interferon gene stimulating factor, STING)免疫信号通路可能通过介导肝脏炎症、脂质代谢以及细胞凋亡等过程影响肝脏的代谢稳态从而在非酒精性脂肪性肝病(non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, NAFLD)中起着重要作用, 其相关药物有望成为治疗NAFLD的新型靶向药物.
