核心内容提要	慢性乙型病毒性肝炎肝硬化患者门静脉血栓(portal vein thrombosis, PVT)的发生比例较高. 本研究从我院收治的慢乙肝肝硬化患者的临床资料中分析得出血小板水平、D-二聚体水平、门静脉宽度、门静脉血流与患者PVT发生密切相关, 且这四个危险因素都体现了潜在的PVT预测诊断价值, 值得今后进一步研究.
