核心内容提要	经颈静脉肝内门体分流术(transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt, TIPS)是公认治疗肝硬化门脉高压并发症的有效方法, 但对肝硬化脾亢影响的研究结果还存在争议, 也未见TIPS指南及专家共识意见中有关TIPS对肝硬化脾亢影响的评述; 随着TIPS联合脾动脉栓塞术(partial splenic embolization, PSE)日益广泛用于肝硬化门脉高压和继发脾亢患者治疗, 其疗效愈来愈受到关注. 本文就血管介入在肝硬化脾亢应用研究进展进行综述.
