核心内容提要	胆胰汇合异常(pancreaticobiliary maljunction, PBM)可合并胆管扩张症(biliary dilatation, BD)或不合并BD; 易并发急性胰腺炎、胆管结石、慢性胆囊炎等炎症性疾病, 同时导致胆道肿瘤的发生率明显升高. 对合并BD者应尽早行囊肿完整切除, 胆管空肠Roux-en-Y吻合作为其标准术式; 对不合并BD病例也应尽早行胆囊切除术; 儿童也应同时行胆管切除和胆肠重建术.
