核心内容提要 中枢交感神经过度活动在多种代谢状态的病因和并发症中包括代谢相关脂肪性肝病(metabolic associated fatty liver disease, MAFLD)、肥胖、代谢综合征、糖尿病、高血压和冠心病中起着关键作用. 近年的研究发现, 抑制交感神经活性在MAFLD治疗上的有益作用, 直接针对交感神经系统作为治疗靶点.
