核心内容提要	内镜下胃底组织胶注射(endoscopic gastric glue injection, EGGI)联合食管静脉曲张套扎术(endoscopicvariceal ligation, EVL)成功止血后仍存在再出血风险, 一旦发生再出血将显著增加病死率. 二次EVL能预防再出血的发生, 但其最佳治疗时机目前尚未形成统一意见, 本研究探讨二次EVL最佳时机, 以最大程度减少再出血, 促进预后改善.
